Digital menus

A Tapify digital menu is what guests see when they scan a table’s QR code. They can browse it and, where the venue offers it, order from the table.

In the dashboard, open Menu and choose the venue.

  1. Create the menu: give it a name and currency (for example RON). Use Menu is live to show or hide the whole menu.
  2. Add categories such as Draft beer or Burgers. Each category sends its orders to a production area, such as the bar or the kitchen.
  3. Add items with a name, price, category and a short description. The price is shown on the menu as entered.
  • Sold out: mark an item sold out and guests see it greyed out right away. Mark it available again later.
  • Hide an item from the menu without deleting it.
  • Archive items you no longer sell. Their order history stays, and a restored item comes back hidden so you can check it first.
  • Translate items so guests can read the menu in their language.

Under Menu → Tables & QR codes, set up your tables and print their QR codes. Orders show the table they came from.
