What you can ask

Ask in your own words, in English or Romanian. The assistant picks the right Tapify data, as long as you approved that capability when connecting.

Sales

  • “How much did we sell each day last week at the main station?”
  • “What were our busiest hours yesterday, in Bucharest time?”
  • “Compare this month’s sales with last month.”
  • “Show the monthly sales trend for this year.”

Kegs and stock

  • “Which kegs are running low?”
  • “Which kegs are in stock, including ones not attached to a tap?”
  • “Show the history of keg 42.”

Taps, products and sessions

  • “Which beer is on each tap, and at what price per litre?”
  • “List yesterday’s pours on tap 3.”

Menus

  • “What’s on our digital menu right now, and what’s sold out?”

Cards, customers and staff (only if approved)

  • “Show the latest transactions on this card.” (give the card number)
  • “Which staff members do we have?”
  • Sales are settled card charges in RON: what guests’ cards paid for pours. They are not fiscal revenue, top-ups, refunds or profit.
  • Volumes are in millilitres or litres. Draft-beer prices are per litre; menu item prices are per item.
  • Keg levels are the levels recorded in Tapify, not a live reading from the keg.
  • Time zones: say “in Bucharest time” or “in UTC” if it matters. A day in Bucharest time can have 23 or 25 hours when the clocks change.
  • Ranges: daily and hourly sales cover up to 31 days at a time; monthly trends up to 366 days. For longer periods, ask in parts.
  • Long lists come in pages of up to 100 records. Ask the assistant to continue if a list looks incomplete.
  • Masked details stay masked. The assistant can’t reveal names, emails or card numbers your role can’t see.

If an answer looks wrong, ask the assistant which business, stations, period and time zone it used.
