Connect ChatGPT

Before you start

• A Tapify account that manages a business (owner or manager). See who can use it.
• A ChatGPT account whose plan and workspace allow apps or connectors. In a business workspace, an administrator may need to allow Tapify first.

Add Tapify

1. In ChatGPT, open the apps directory (from Settings, or the apps and connectors area of the sidebar, depending on your ChatGPT version).
2. Search for Tapify and select Connect.
3. A Tapify sign-in page opens. Sign in with your Tapify account.
4. Choose the business and the stations to share. New stations are not added later automatically.
5. Review the access ChatGPT asks for and select Allow access. Select Decline to share nothing.
6. You return to ChatGPT. Ask a question such as “What did we sell yesterday?”

If Tapify isn’t listed yet

Some accounts can add a custom connector instead. Use the server address https://mcp.tapify.ro/mcp and sign in with Tapify when asked. If your account doesn’t offer this, contact us.

After you connect

• ChatGPT can only use the capabilities you approved. To change businesses, stations or capabilities, revoke the connection and connect again.
• Access lasts up to eight hours from when you signed in. After that, ChatGPT asks you to sign in again.
• The connection appears in the Tapify dashboard under AI agents, where you can revoke it.
