Revoke access
You can stop a connection at any time. Use the Tapify dashboard first: it takes effect immediately.
In the Tapify dashboard
Section titled “In the Tapify dashboard”- Sign in to the Tapify dashboard.
- Open AI agents.
- Find the connection (it shows the assistant, who approved it, the number of stations and when it was last used).
- Select Revoke access and confirm.
The assistant can’t read any more data from that connection. Owners and managers allowed to manage integrations can see and revoke the connections of their business. You may be asked to confirm with two-step verification.
In your Tapify account
Section titled “In your Tapify account”In your Tapify account settings, open Connected apps and select Disconnect next to the assistant. This removes the saved approval, so the assistant can’t renew its access. It doesn’t sign you out of Tapify or other apps.
In ChatGPT or Claude
Section titled “In ChatGPT or Claude”Remove or disconnect Tapify in the assistant’s app or connector settings. This stops the assistant from using it, but revoking in the Tapify dashboard is the way to be sure on Tapify’s side.
Changing what is shared
Section titled “Changing what is shared”A connection can’t be edited. To share a different business, other stations or other capabilities, revoke it and connect again. Revoked connections are never silently reactivated.
