Tapify Tab is the Tapify app for guests and venue teams.
Sign in with your Tapify account. The app uses the same account as the dashboard.
For guests
Section titled “For guests”- See your cards and the credit available at each venue.
- Check your activity: top-ups, pours and menu orders, newest first.
- Open a pour to see the volume, price per litre and amount charged.
- Add a virtual card and pay at the tap with your phone, where the venue supports it.
- Order from a table by scanning its QR code, where the venue offers digital menus.
Credit is added by bar staff at the venue. If something looks wrong, ask the venue first, then contact us.
For venue teams
Section titled “For venue teams”Owners, managers and staff can use the app for quick checks during service:
- Scan a card or keg tag with your phone’s NFC to open it.
- Issue cards: new NFC cards are written from the app.
- Look up cards, kegs, beers, taps and stations, and add credit to a card.
- Follow activity and simple sales charts.
What you can do depends on your role at the venue.
- If recent activity doesn’t show yet, close and reopen the screen.
- Turn on NFC in your phone’s settings before scanning (on iPhone, hold the top of the phone near the card).
- Keep the app updated from the App Store or Google Play.
