Kegs and taps

Tapify tracks how much beer is left in each keg as it pours, so you can change kegs before a tap runs dry.
Keg levels
Section titled “Keg levels”In the dashboard, open Draft beer → Taps & kegs.
- Taps shows each tap with its beer and how many litres are left, most urgent first.
- Kegs lists every keg: on a tap, detached (in storage), low or empty. Search by keg number or tag.
Levels go down with the pours Tapify measures. Always attach or swap kegs in Tapify, so each tap knows which keg it is pouring from.
A tap shows Low when its keg reaches the low-keg alert level, and Empty when nothing usable is left.
Adding and attaching kegs
Section titled “Adding and attaching kegs”- Add a keg with its tag and the beer it holds, so the taps know what they pour and how much is left.
- Open the tap and select Attach keg (or Swap keg when replacing one).
- Check the beer and the price per litre shown on the tap.
You can scan a keg’s tag to open it quickly.
Beers and prices
Section titled “Beers and prices”Draft-beer prices are set per litre. Guests are charged for the volume they pour at that price. Keep your beers up to date under Draft beer → Beers.
Maintenance
Section titled “Maintenance”When a tap is in maintenance, pours are stopped on it until maintenance ends. If a tap shows as off or in maintenance and you didn’t expect it, contact support.
