Dashboard basics

The Tapify dashboard is where venue owners, managers and staff follow sales and run day-to-day operations.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”- Open dashboard.tapify.ro and select sign in.
- Use your Tapify account. The same account works in the Tapify Tab app.
- New venue? You can register your business from the dashboard.
Use the account menu to switch between English and Romanian, and between the light and dark theme.
What you’ll find
Section titled “What you’ll find”What you see depends on your role. Staff accounts see only what their venue lets them use.

Tip: use Search or jump to… at the top to open any page quickly, or Scan a card or keg tag with a USB card reader.
Everyday checks
Section titled “Everyday checks”- Sales and pours: check today’s and recent activity, and open a pour session for its details (volume, price per litre, amount charged).
- Kegs: see which kegs are low or empty and which tap they’re on. See kegs and taps.
- Cards: look up a guest’s card, see its balance and transactions, or add credit. See cards and credit.
Adding taps or stations
Section titled “Adding taps or stations”Stations and taps are installed by Tapify. From Taps & kegs, use Request installation (or Request more taps) and we’ll call you to plan the visit.
